Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sassy, Strong & Sorted! If you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will address the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@sassystrongsorted.com.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to process and ship your orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 30 minutes of placing your purchase.

Cancellation Requests

  • Name on the order
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Approval of Cancellation

Cancellation requests within the 30-minute window will be processed promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled.

Non-Refundable After 30 Minutes

We cannot accept cancellations beyond the 30-minute window, as your order will have already been processed.
